"bargain" real estate along the way
Walking thru these small villages, for sale signs hang on structures such as these. It is beyond my understanding why you would buy ruins that would require money to tear down.
Santa Cruz: Beautiful Coast
Great beach front town. Lots of wind. The horizon inland is dotted with large scale wind turbines. I could see Peniche off in the distance. I find it ironic that Santa Cruz CA shares a surfing heritage with this town.
