Leaving Agueda
River runs thru town. The last five years, rainfall has been 50% of normal. The rain comes in winter and summer like monsoons. Dave and I have been experiencing the strong humidity.
Santa Cruz: Beautiful Coast
Great beach front town. Lots of wind. The horizon inland is dotted with large scale wind turbines. I could see Peniche off in the distance. I find it ironic that Santa Cruz CA shares a surfing heritage with this town.
