Leitao/piglet Portuguese Style
I finally found a picture outside a restaurant in Mileahda of the piglet (leitao) they serve. I was told it usually comes with a skewer through the mouth and butt.
Santa Cruz: Beautiful Coast
Great beach front town. Lots of wind. The horizon inland is dotted with large scale wind turbines. I could see Peniche off in the distance. I find it ironic that Santa Cruz CA shares a surfing heritage with this town.
As someone who love (live) pigs...I may need therapy after ready that! lol
