Me getting close to Tomar
I was about hitting the wall here as Tomar was around 2 miles away. I was fighting a cold, it was getting hot, and 45miles of walking.
Santa Cruz: Beautiful Coast
Great beach front town. Lots of wind. The horizon inland is dotted with large scale wind turbines. I could see Peniche off in the distance. I find it ironic that Santa Cruz CA shares a surfing heritage with this town.
