the yellow arrow to Santiago

I came across a pilgrim who had walked 36 miles yesterday from Lisbon! Getting back on the Camino was like getting back on a bike after not riding for a number of years. I became acutely aware how slow I am on straight aways compared to others. I did manage to over do it the first day putting in 15.6 miles. Hopefully i am fine tomorrow :-)
